SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to providing our customers the best service possible. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, COVID-19 delays or delays due to the holiday period.

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping time occurs after the processing time.

Royal Mail UK delivery options:

  • Express UK delivery: guaranteed next business day if ordered by 12:00 * Currently Unavailable due to Postal Strikes *

  • UK Standard delivery: 3 - 5 business days (Free for orders over £200)

International Delivery: 6-10 business days via TNT, FEDEX or DHL express delivery (depending on customs).

Please note that bank holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time and customs are not included in the shipping price.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Mylene Virgin Hair is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for the customer's order. Upon inquiry, Mylene Virgin Hair will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 28 day return policy for our bundles and closures, This means that customers can return bundles and closures within 28 days of receiving orders. To be eligible for a refund, all bundles and closures must be in the same condition as received i.e. it must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn and its in original packaging.  Returns where the seal holding the bundle in place has been removed will be refused. The same applies for exchanges.

To start a return process, customers must contact us at info@mylenevirginhair.com within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Customers will need to request a return before it can be accepted. If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once the item is received, we will inspect the item and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If the return is approved, customers will BE refunded on the original payment method within 14 days.
